When does the pre-sale start?

Our art print pre-sale officially launches on Wednesday, November 13th! All prints are made-to-order and will be shipped in time for holiday gifting.

Are the original paintings for sale?

No — the original works featured in this collection are not for sale and will remain part of the artist’s private collection.

Only fine art giclée prints are available for purchase at this time.

Are you accepting commissions?

We’re not accepting commissions at this time, but we plan to in the future.

When should I place my order to receive it by Christmas?

To guarantee delivery by Christmas, please place your order no later than Thursday, December 5th.

Orders placed after that date will still be accepted but may ship after the holidays.

When will my order print and ship?

All pre-sale prints are made to order and ship via Economy shipping (5–8 business days) within the U.S.

  • Printing begins: December 8
  • Shipping begins: December 13
  • Delivery estimate: 5–8 business days from shipment date

You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Do you offer local delivery?

Local delivery may be possible within the Greater New Orleans area.

Please email dwcreationsnola@gmail.com before placing your order to check availability.

Deliveries outside of this area (including the Northshore, Slidell, and LaPlace) are not available at this time.

How will my prints arrive?

  • 8×10 prints are shipped flat in a rigid mailer with a backing board, sealed in a protective sleeve.
  • 16×20 and 18×24 prints are shipped rolled in a sturdy kraft tube, wrapped in archival tissue or glassine for protection.

All packages are clearly labeled “Do Not Bend” or “Fragile – Art Print.”

What type of paper and print quality do you use?

All prints are museum-quality giclée reproductions on Hahnemühle German Etching paper, known for its rich texture and archival durability.

Each print is produced using pigment-based inks for vibrant, true-to-original color and long-lasting quality.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please email dwcreationsnola@gmail.com as soon as possible with your updated address.

Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to redirect packages.

What’s your refund or return policy?

Because each print is custom-made to order, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is placed.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dwcreationsnola@gmail.com with photos of the damage.

We’ll happily send a replacement at no additional cost.

When will I be charged?

Payment is processed at checkout to reserve your print during the pre-sale.

Since each print is made to order, this helps us determine accurate quantities and minimize waste.

What if I miss the pre-sale deadline?

Orders placed after December 5th will still be fulfilled but may not arrive before Christmas.

If you’re gifting a print, we can provide a digital gift note you can print or email to your recipient — perfect for last-minute gifting.

Who prints and ships the artwork?

All prints are professionally produced and shipped through a trusted fine art printing partner specializing in museum-grade giclée reproductions.

Each order is quality-checked, securely packaged, and shipped directly to your door.

Do your print sales support a cause?

Yes — 50% of all proceeds are donated to The B.R.E.A.S.T. Fund, a Louisiana-based nonprofit that helps women cover out-of-pocket costs for breast reconstruction after breast cancer.

Your purchase directly supports the mission to reshape what reconstruction support looks like.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet! At this time, we only ship within the United States.
