Welcome to DW Creations! The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to DW Creations. DW Creations operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide you with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). DW Creations is powered by Shopify, which enables us to deliver these Services to you.
By visiting, interacting with, or making a purchase through the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our related policies, including our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Contact Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or our policies, please do not use or access our Services.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS
All artwork and products sold by DW Creations are made to order. Colors and textures may vary slightly from what you see online due to lighting and screen variations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice and to limit quantities per person or household.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted once payment is processed and confirmed. Please review your order carefully before submitting—because all prints are made to order, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once production begins. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please see our Refund Policy for instructions on receiving a replacement. All purchases are intended for personal use only and not for resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize DW Creations to charge the total amount for your order, including applicable taxes and shipping. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All items are made to order and not ready for immediate shipment. Production typically takes 5–10 business days, followed by Economy Shipping (5–8 business days) for delivery within the United States. We currently ship within the U.S. only. International and expedited shipping are not available. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once your order is handed to the carrier. Please review our Shipping Policy for full details.

SECTION 6 - REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Because all products are custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at dwcreationsnola@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. If approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost. See our Refund Policy for full details.

All artwork, images, designs, text, and branding on this site are the intellectual property of DW Creations and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission. The DW Creations name and logo are trademarks of DW Creations. Shopify’s trademarks belong to Shopify Inc.

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND TOOLS
Our store may contain links or tools operated by third parties. These are provided “as is” and at your own risk. We are not responsible for the content, products, or policies of third-party websites or services.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
D.W. Creations is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with D.W. Creations. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and D.W. Creations, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with D.W. Creations.
