Shipping Policy

All art prints from DW Creations are made to order.

This means your print is created individually once your order is placed — it is not pre-printed or ready to ship.

We produce each piece with care and attention, ensuring premium quality while reducing waste.

Production & Shipping Timeline

Production time: 5–10 business days before shipment.
Shipping method: Economy Shipping (5–8 business days).
Pre-Sale Printing begins: December 8 | Shipping begins: December 13
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Please note that timelines may vary slightly during holidays or carrier delays.

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping and expedited options are not available at this time.

Packaging

8×10 prints ship flat in a rigid mailer with backing board and protective sleeve.
16×20 and 18×24 prints ship rolled in a durable kraft tube with archival tissue or glassine wrap.
All packages are labeled “Do Not Bend” or “Fragile – Art Print.”

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at dwcreationsnola@gmail.com with photos of the damage.
We’ll review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost.
DW Creations is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
