Each piece of art offered through DW Creations is made to order, printed individually just for you. Because of this custom process, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

We take great care in producing, packaging, and shipping your prints to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dwcreationsnola@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We’ll review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost.

Please note:

• We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or delays caused by the shipping carrier.

• Orders are processed exactly as entered, so please double-check your shipping address and order details before completing your purchase.
